About this page

The 21 reply templates RJ Clothing uses in support replies and order emails. Policy text is written by N1 and locked.

Who can use this: support staff, operators and admins of RJ Clothing. Tone openers: admins.

What you can do here

Read any template: its subject and its locked policy text.
Add a tone opener on templates that allow it: one or two lines in RJ Clothing’s own voice, placed before the policy text.
See which templates Patrick may send on its own. There are five.
Spot templates with no copy yet. They cannot be sent until N1 writes them.
