To give someone access or change a role, ask RJ HQ. This page shows who has access today.

Set per brand and checked on every request| Role | What it can do |

| Admin | Full brand access, including settings, users, API keys and the audit log. |
| Operator | Day-to-day commerce: orders, customers, support, pricing, variants and campaigns. |
| Support | The support desk, plus read access across the brand. No settings, users or API keys. |

The roster did not load because the ERP did not answer. Nobody’s access has changed.
RJ Clothing runs a website only
Who can edit its website is set up by RJ HQ. Ask RJ HQ to add or remove someone.
